We recommend using itunes to read all of our audio & video files. See below a list of F.A.Q (Frequently Asked Questions)
I can not read the file directly ?
It's absolutely normal, this website has been designed for users to download video/audio files, and not to watch or listen to them online. Watching or listening online is called streaming. We do not offer streaming but downloading.
I can download the file correctly, but cannot read it
If it's a video, you must make sure that you are using the latest version of itunes. To download it , click here
I can not download the entire audio/video file. "Download Complete" is displayed but i just have part of the whole file. What should I do?
Under specific circumstances (network problem, traffic intensity, etc...), it may happen that a file download is not properly executed: The downloaded image of the file does not match the original file exactly.
In this case, the downloaded file is referred to as "corrupted".
The subsequent issue with corrupted files is that they remain within the cache memory of your web browser (temporary space used to store downloaded information so as to re-use it and save bandwidth instead of having to download it again).
The consequence is that when trying to access a file that has not been properly downloaded, your web browser will refer to the corrupted image stored in your cache memory and will not try to re-access the original file in order to restore it.
The only way to solve this issue with immediately is to reset the content of your cache memory so that your web browser stops referring to the corrupted image and reloads the original file. (To do so, under Internet Explorer, go to "Tools->Internet Options->General->Temporary Internet Files" and click on "Delete Files". A similar process can be carried out under Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape, Safari or any other web browser)
Please be aware that emptying your cache memory will cause you to experience slower web browsing in the short term especially if you use a dial-up connetion since your browser's cache memory will have to be reloaded from the sites that you access usually.
Once, you have deleted your temporary Internet Files, you can now download again the file you've experienced problem with.
