On the way to the recent Couples’ weekend in Durban, Miki and I spent a day in East London at the invitation of our friends Pastor Andre Roebert and his wife Jenny. Some of you may remember that Andre spoke at the 2003 International Conference in Curepipe.
Andre Roebert really encouraged Miki to go back on air and made the suggestion that we come back after Nairobi to shoot some programs. As a result, after a heavy week in Kenya, we returned to East London.
That Tuesday and Thursday, Miki recorded 14 messages of 30 minutes. In addition, on Tuesday, we both appeared live for 90 minutes on a local TV program called “Live! Praise the Lord”, followed by Miki preaching for half an hour. On Thursday, we were live once more for another 90 minutes show called “Behind the Scenes”, which was hosted by Pastor Andre’s father, Bernard.
Pastor Andre has generously offered to edit our recordings at no extra cost. We bless the Lord for this kindness.
So, as from Saturday 2 nd October, Miki will be on air from 9:00-9:30 pm every Saturday evening in this prime time slot.
Since the last broadcast the coverage of TBN Africa has been extended tremendously in the region. In South Africa, TBN Africa is now “Free to Air”, which means that anyone with a DSTV decoder and dish can receive the broadcasts. In Lesotho, Malawi and Namibia, TBN Africa is a terrestrial channel and can be seen by everyone with a TV. This is obviously in addition to all the countries in the region where local DSTV subscribers can receive the satellite broadcasts.
If you have supported these TBN Africa broadcasts in the past, or wish to sign up to pledge your support, please click here.
With love, and our grateful thanks,
Audrey Hardy
