Izak met Miki and Audrey Hardy at the Heidelberg meetings in South Africa last October. Following on from this initial contact, he came to Mauritius last December to visit the church and for discussions on the possibility of distributing CTMI media materials (CD, DVD, Books) in Southern Africa. Below, in his own words, are his comments on his stay.

I joined Jimmy Swagart Ministries in 1984, and am currently the Director for Operations in Southern Africa, based in Johannesburg. I had been invited to promote that ministry’s products at a Conference in Heidelberg. My stall happened to be next to the CTMI’s. I had no idea what CTMI was, or what was about to happen. When Miki Hardy opened his mouth on the stage that day, I was stunned because he carried such an anointing and boldness that brought the message of the Cross and of true freedom in Christ like I had never heard before. It totally gripped me and blew me away at the same time. I was overcome with joy to hear the precious message in such a way. What came to my mind was: “ Never before did I hear a man speak with such authority ! ”
Being next to each other, we spoke a lot during the conference week; I really made the most of the time and wanted to absorb everything I could from them, because Miki and Audrey carry such treasures in their hearts. The love that I received from the whole CTMI team was so special to me as it was the first time in 22 years that I had experienced it in this manner from the body of Christ. I felt that I had met up with long-lost family! There was a genuineness and transparency about them, with no trace of affected ‘religiousness’. They got right into my heart.
Brother Miki had invited me to come and spend some time seeing the work of CTMI in Mauritius. I was so excited on my way here, as I knew God had a divine appointment for me. I spent 2 weeks altogether; I really saw the heart of the Church in action in all the brothers and sisters I came into contact with. I was greatly encouraged and challenged by this experience.
I felt an urgency to go back to SA to inspire an army of partners that will pray for the work of CTMI and also provide financial support, especially in the medium of broadcasting. I hope that the Lord will use my connection in all the Christian churches and bookstores across Southern Africa as a platform to open doors to promote the message that Brother Miki and the CTMI team carry for the Church.
There is so much deception and hurt in the church today. People don’t realise they are building on drifting sand; then when it all comes crashing down, they leave the church hurt, vulnerable, and angry at God, blaming Him for the consequences of their own fleshly acts.
For me, to know that this visit is the perfect will of God, brings perfect peace to my heart.
